Help!!! I backed my B out of the garage, it stopped running ( I think I may have been out of gas, I dont pay that close attention ot it). I could not get it to start. It will crank. I noticed a throtle spring had come off so I reconnected it, to no avail. The pump is loud (noisy) and there is pressure at the fuel filter on the firewall. No fuel. I did put several gallons of gas into the tank. The next step repair/rebuild fuel pump or replace it. Does nto not appear orginal, blue cover). Books say the valve my be blocked ... any help would be apprecaited. Suggestions as to what is the better fix. Thanks

Sorry to hear of your B's problem, and even more sorry to see that no one seems to have jumped in to help you. Have you gotten it sorted out, yet?

UPDATE .....
Rented a dolly and towed the car to Richlin Imports (Harrison City) They replaced the fuel pump and it runs fine now ... didn't drive it much and the lugs came off on the way to the tech session. Found a lug wrench to fit ... now seems the rocker panels are rusted ... always something!!!!
