Bought these from a guy that specializes in restorations of MGs down in VA while I lived there, but the new job up here isn't letting me work on them at all. The '74.5, White, is driveable, however hasn't been started since I moved here a year ago. I drove it into the garage last October, but haven't started it since. I believe the fuel pump is dead considering I don't hear it come on when I turn on the ignition. There is not a lot of rust over the body but it is along the bottom of all quarter panels and the floorboards are shot (I have replacements that will go with it). This is not a good one to repair as there is rust on all body panels and that can be the most costly investment. The second one is the one to repair '77, Sandglow aka beige/gold or caramel. However, everything has been stripped from the car as I was going to turn this into a numbers car. There is only a single rust spot on the drivers rear quarter-panel. There are a few small dents on the passenger front quarter-panel that should be easily repaired and shouldn't need replacement. Floorboards have minimal surface rust that should be easily removed with a steel wool pad. The engine and tranny were working fine when removed (about 3 years ago). I have all parts in boxes and on a pallet. The white one '74.5 is in my garage in Canonsburg. The beige one '77 is in a friends garage in Houston, PA about 10min further south from me. Both titles are in hand. Thanks, Chad laxin98@aol.com

Unfortunately, it seems that very few people are aware of our club's website, and this forum. So, don't become too discouraged by the lack of responses. That being said, I think that the market for project cars, of the rubber-bumpered variety, is a bit weak. I hate to advocate eBay, but, that might be something you'll want to consider trying. One more thing: If either car has overdrive, it would suddenly become more appealing to many B enthusiasts. BTW, I'm located in Hickory (less than 10 miles from Houston & Canonsburg), if anyone wants someone to do a pre-purchase inspection for them. Bud Osbourne
